It’s a very rare issue!
However, we have still received several reports from our users through this form that their TV is stuck on the EULA screen.
Most of the time, this issue happens due to either an issue with the remote control or the TV’s software.
Here are some things I would suggest you try:
- Check the Remote: This is the first step. Ensure that the remote is functioning properly and is properly paired with the TV.
- Power cycle your TV: Unplug the TV from the power outlet, wait for 60 seconds, and then plug the TV back in.
- Disconnect all external devices connected to your TV and try again.
If none of the above methods work, reach out to the manufacturer and ask them to fix their shitty TV.
