Why is “System Audio Control” option missing on my Hisense TV?

The “System Audio Control” menu option is a feature that allows you to control the audio output of your Hisense TV using a compatible HDMI-CEC device, such as a soundbar or a receiver.

But, not all Hisense TV models have this option available.

It depends on the type of HDMI port and the firmware version of your TV.

To check if your Hisense TV has the “System Audio Control” menu option, follow these steps:

  • Press the Home button on your remote and go to Settings.
  • Select Device Preferences and then Sound.
  • Look for the Audio Output option and select it.

If you see the System Audio Control option, turn it on or off as you wish.

But if you don’t see the option, it means your TV model does not support it or you need to update your firmware.

To update your firmware, you can follow these steps:

  • Press the Home button on your remote and go to Settings.
  • Select Device Preferences and then About.
  • Select System Update and then Check for Updates.

If there is a new update available, follow the instructions on the screen to download and install it.

After the update is complete, restart your TV and check the Audio Output option again.

Hope this helps…
